So much for the ole men's wits.

I know that nobody had prepared you for this. But honey: Me neither! You know what. When I saw the
other team before the game and how their coach COACHED them I said to your Dad 'Man, they gonna do 'em in bad. They're gonna walk off here at least 5 nil.' I left the field when your team was back 8 to nil in the first half time. I always walk or switch off at 8 to nil in the first halftime.... Your team got two more goals. I guess we need to find you a coach. I am so glad you haven't signed that club yet and don't have to wait another year. You are FREE. If you walk on the field you walk out there to win. If you don't want to win you might stay at home and sleep alright. That's what you told me on the way home. You said it is just fine for you to lose or being a good training team for the winner. But, so your opinion, to lose that high would also mean to waste the time of the winning team. So much for the wits of an eight year old.

But here is good news, lil big gal: You've got a friend named Mama. I got on the net today and booked you a test training session with the champion's club. If you can't beat'em:join'em. So much for my wits.
